The Little River Arts Council has a volunteer Board of Directors that governs the Arts Council as a non-profit entity. The Arts Council strives for demographic representation on its Board, and currently includes members who are full-time residents of Mentone as well as some who are part-time residents. Board members must be committed to the sustainability of the Arts Council and must expect to be part of a working Board. The Board operates according to high standards of professionalism and accountability and has a clear Conflict of Interest Disclosure Policy.
Currently, the Mentone Area Arts Council Board of Directors consists of the following members:
The Board of Directors of the Little River Arts Council meets monthly on the third (3rd) Wednesday of each month ( except in November and December when it meets the first Wednesday of the month) at 5pm in the Mentone Inn.
The Board invites those interested in the arts to join LRAC and to attend the board meetings to make suggestions. MAAC is not limited to artists and craftsmen, but embraces those who appreciate the arts and want to make the Mentone area a more beautiful environment.
